Every print is made to order, and I want you to be glad you bought it. If something arrives wrong, or it simply isn't right on your wall, tell me and we'll sort it out.
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. No threshold, no minimum, nothing to work out at checkout — the price you see on the print is the price you pay.
Because each print is produced to order rather than pulled off a shelf, allow roughly 5–7 days for printing and dispatch, plus transit time. Metal and canvas pieces sometimes take a little longer than paper. If an order is running behind, I'll email you rather than leave you wondering.
Not in the US? Checkout won't accept your address — it's set to ship to United States destinations only, so an overseas address simply comes back with no delivery options. Don't take that as a no. Get in touch before ordering and I'll tell you honestly whether I can get a print to you and what it would cost.
I'll replace it at no cost to you. No return shipping, no argument, no restocking anything.
Send me a photograph of the damage within a few days of delivery — the packaging as well, if you still have it, since that tells the lab and the courier where it went wrong. A replacement goes into production as soon as I've seen it.
The quality guarantee on every product page is real: if a print reaches you with a flaw in the printing, the colour, or the finish, I'll reprint it free. That's a separate thing from changing your mind, and it has no deadline attached — a fault is a fault whenever it surfaces.
You have 30 days from the day your print arrives to request a return.
Email me with your order number and a line about what's wrong. Please don't post anything back before you've heard from me — I'll confirm the return and send you the address to use. Prints sent back without that go missing more often than you'd think, and I can't refund what never reaches me.
If your situation isn't covered here, ask. I read and answer every message personally, and I'd far rather hear from you than have you sit on a print you're unhappy with. Contact Tim →
